You will receive a text message the evening prior to your arrival day with the access code to the lockbox located outside of the condo. Inside the lock box are 2 keys fobs and one key, the key fobs will access the elevators and open the door to the condo. The key is for usage of the slider window located in the condo. Upon check out, please return the key fobs to the lock box.

One of the convenient amenities we offer is valet parking for $32 per night, with full in-and-out access throughout your stay.
If you prefer, you also have the option to self-park in the city. If you plan to rideshare into town, please let us know after booking and we will remove the parking charge from your reservation. Please note that self-parking in Asheville is first-come, first-served. The closest parking garage is located directly across the street at 16 Broadway Avenue, attached to the AC Hotel.

EV Charging
For liability reasons, valet is unable to assist with any aspect of vehicle charging, including attaching, paying for, or detaching charging equipment.
If you need to charge your vehicle upon arrival, you may temporarily unload your belongings on the valet deck and then proceed to a nearby charging station. Once your vehicle is fully charged, you are welcome to return to the Arras building, where valet will park your car.

>14 Days: Cancellations that are made more than fourteen (14) days prior to the check-in date are eligible for a full refund.
14-7 Days: Cancellations that are made between fourteen (14) and seven (7) days ahead of the check-in date, are eligible for a fifty (50) percent refund.
<7 Days: Cancellations that are made seven (7) days prior to the check-in date will forfeit payment – excluding taxes, parking, and cleaning fee.
*Early departure does not warrant a refund of stay

Just a short drive away off Merrimon Avenue is a Whole Foods (0.6 miles away), Trader Joe’s (0.6 miles away) and Harris Teeter (0.7 miles away). Additionally, Sparky’s Bardega (0.1 miles away) and the French Broad Food Co-Op (0.3 miles away) are walkable from the Arras building, offering a host of healthy, organic food items.
